Terms of service

Welcome to SavannaX, a service provided by SwanIT Oy ("Service Provider"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SavannaX software-as-a-service platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service follows end-user license agreement model meaning that customer has the right to use the Service and ownership remains with SavannaX and SwanIT Oy.
By accepting these Terms or by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of your organization (e.g. employer), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. Service overview
The Service provides access to your company’s device health data. It is designed for use by businesses seeking to view and manage device lifecycle.and related company data .Data is integrated into the system through device agent that is installed to the customer device environment. The Service is using its own algorithms to create recommendations from agent data, user feedback or publicly provided information. Data is not modified in the Service platform.
2. Account registration and access
Companies may register through a self-onboarding process or contacting SavannaX sales team.
The initial user becomes the company’s administrator and may invite additional users.
User access levels and available data may vary depending on company structure, such as subsidiaries or cost centers. Service is developing at a fast pace and changes to the user access levels are communicated to administrative users at least 7 days before the publication.
Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration. The Service Provider is not responsible for errors resulting from false or incomplete information.
3. Subscription fees and billing
The subscription period is 12 months starting from the first full calendar month.
Subscription continues in 12 months period, if not terminated within termination period.
Some features may be available under a free tier or trial with limited access.
Continued use may require payment under a selected plan.
Companies must provide valid e-invoicing or email invoicing information.
The Service Provider may introduce payment via Stripe or similar services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Resell, sublicense, or copy the Service or parts of the service.
Scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer data.
Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or the platform backend.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. User data and content
- Users may export reports provided by the Service. device, company, and financial data.
- The Service Provider may access, monitor, and modify user access and billing data for support, maintenance, or compliance purposes.
- The Service Provider can modify device data only on request of Customers.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the legality and integrity of any content they use or export.
6. Service availability and SLA
While we aim for high availability, the Service is provided "as is."
Occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
The Service Provider may define and offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) upon request.
New releases and maintenance breaks are communicated to administrative users at least 7 days before. Breaks are planned to be held in the evening time (UTC+3).
Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Privacy, data use and protection
We collect personal data such as user names, emails, and company billing information.
We do not use the data in any other way than providing customers access to securely use the system and billing based on the contract.
Third-party services (e.g., analytics, hosting, payments) may be used.
All data provided in the system is integrated through a device agent or customer has added the data themselves.
We do not use any personal data in any other commercial way than visualize the device information in the platform.
Customers’ anonymized devices’ health data can be used to improve the Service algorithms for health data analysis in big data manner.
The Service Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Personal Data.
9. Updates to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the platform or contacting administrative users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
Customers may terminate their accountssubscription ending after the contract period with one (1) month’s notice unless otherwise agreed.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of Terms.
Upon termination, user access and data availability may be restricted.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
